Meeting Alexandra, and discovering her amazing wedding concept, completely transformed my (previously stressed-out) mindset of planning a wedding in Paris within only 4 months of moving to France. It was an absolute joy to work with her, practice my French, and participate in the very eco-friendly act of reducing textile waste in the highly-consumerist wedding industry. And this required absolutely no compromise in terms of the beauty, elegance, and style of the dress! Each option I tried brought out a different, beautiful look for me. Alexandra’s advice and manner also contributed to my confidence for the day of. She went out of her way, suggesting a shawl color, doing free alterations on a dress I already owned, and even pointing me to Vinted to sell my newly purchased wedding shoes. Je suis la cultivatrice de la p'tite graine de coton : depuis janvier 2009 j'ai créé et fait évoluer le concept de dépôt vente et de location de robes de mariée. Ayant plusieurs cordes à mon arc (Robin Wood ?), j'effectue moi-même toutes les retouches, personnalisations et transformations de robes de mariée sur place, dans l'atelier Graine de coton. Je partage avec toutes les futures ou jeunes pousses de coton ce passionnant travail manuel à travers articles et photos de différentes réalisations. Cela pour mon plus grand plaisir et (a priori) celui des futures mariées ;o)
